Problem of Covertec Nylon Universal GPS
My girlfriend owns a 16gb 2g that she liked and it had all her contacts on. It started acting flakey about a year ago so we thought it was going to die. After one update (3.????) it finally just went black and was unrecognizable by a few computers we tried it on. We thought it was dead. Went to the Apple store, what a zoo, and the “genius” there said there was nothing they can do other then sell us a refurb or a new one. After that I bought a new 3g on Amazon for not much more than Apple’s refurb. Got home and read a few Craigs listing stating they can fix the touch/iphone. So I tried them really thinking it was hopeless. For only $25 they fixed the problem! The place that did it just called it a “reset”. Gee, Apple, why don’t you just put a reset button on the unit??? Or at least give the software to your “GENIUSES” so they can do it??? Jerks. So I think Apple suxs. They tried to rip us off and get our unit for nothing. I’m returning the one I bought and Apple can eat the cost of refurbing it. I bet they just repackage it and sell it as new anyway. What rip off jerks. Me, I own a Sony Walkman mp3 player that actually SOUNDS great (all those equalizer settings on the Touch sound horrible), and got a phone that doesn’t drop calls (Verizon). Guess I’m just not a kid anymore. I buy things that actually work.

I just got my Kindle today, and I am not very impressed when comparing it to my iPod Touch. I was hoping it would be a more pleasant reading experience given that the screen is larger (6 inches vs 3.5 inches) and eink (?) technology, but it was not. The screen is larger, but it is gray rather than white and it requires a powerful and well directed source of light to take advantage of it. I guess I got spoiled with my electronic devices (notebook and iPad touch) that emit light and thus do not require external light. I compared these two devices outside: iPod is still readable when brightness is set to max, so I would not say that in this situation Kindle rules. When reading Kindle inside, one need a well positioned powerful light.
Pushing button is not as nice as using touch screen. Refreshing when turning pages is very noticeable. Wikipedia does not look as nice as on color’s iPod’s screen. Epub format is not supported..
It seems like I will be returning Kindle and using my iPod until iPad’s price drops to a reasonable level ($350-400). iPod is as good as Kindle for reading books and does tons of other tings, and is significantly smaller even if it’s screen is smaller too. I never used iPad, but I bet it will be quite an improvement over iPod Touch for my purposes and a better took than Kindle..

Our feelings are fleeting up and down. Jesus Christ is the Rock that never changes. Thank goodness He didnt go by His feelings when he was dying on the cross for our sins. This book is a big fat LIE!

Very powerful vacuum — better than vacuums costing more than twice as much. Accessories all stored on vacuum for very easy access. Accessory hose permanently attached to vacuum for easy switching between upright vacuuming and vacuuming with nozzles. I am so satisfied with this vacuum, that I have bought 4 of these over the last year for myself and various family members.

This is a wonderful and refreshing book about beliefs; a book that answers many questions about life, enlightenment and creation in an exceptional way.
In an inspiring dialog with God, Neale Donald Walsh shows us a new possibility of being whereby freedom and enlightenment are always with us in the moment.
“Enlightenment is the understanding that you don’t need to go anywhere, don’t have to do anything and don’t need to be anybody except for the Being you are now. Heaven, how you call it, is nowhere; it’s now and It’s here.”
This book is an inspiration for anybody looking for freedom and satisfaction in their lives.
Another book I can recommend from my heart is Working on Yourself Doesn’t Work: The 3 Simple Ideas That Will Instantaneously Transform Your Life
With great humor and compassion these two authors show us a way into the moment, where we can find satisfaction and fulfillment in our modern and busy world.

Mad about Nylon Shell Hard Carrying
I purchased this pedometer about a month ago. Prior to this purchase I have owned at least 4 other brand name pedometers that never performed as promised. When I received the Ormon, I calibrated it ( very easy to do) using the same information as my other pedometers and went out to measure my current walking route. I was amazed at how accurate and consistant the readings were. It was within 30 paces of the actual distance. My other pedometers measured up to several hundred paces +/- of the correct distance and never the same distance twice. I have recommended this to other friends and wear it from the time I get going in the morning to the time I go to bed. It’s a great way to monitor your 10,000 steps a day and I am always trying to beat the previous days reading. The Omron HJ-112 is definately a keeper!
