The 7 foot length is great to go through the saddle rails, front wheel and the frame. I wouldn’t leave it overnight though. The inherent problem with using a security cable with a U-lock is that once the U-lock is broken there goes everything else. I’ve since moved on to using a keyed cable lock to go along w/ my mini U-lock for leaving my bike overnight on the street.
