Change Your Heart Change low class

I love the emphasis on scripture Gary Smalley has in this book. If you hide the word of God in your heart, it really will change your life. Thank you, Dr. Smalley for being so transparent with your personal struggles. Great book!

Problem of Heart the Reaching of

I think the twilight saga has an incredible storyline to it, and has many parts to it that are unique. A lot of people criticize parts of the books (e.g. some of the features), but I think that the fact is that they don’t like some of the small change Stephenie Meyer has made to vampires, so they critize it because it isn’t the same.

How Total Heart Health no mad

In this pill popping and cholesterol obsessed age of ours, here is a timely book showing how defusing stress with meditation and other time tested techniques prevent and heal heart problems. I know this approach works. Years ago, my doctor wanted to put me on medication for high blood pressure. Wary of side effects, I looked for something natural and found Transcendental Meditation. Within a month or two, my pressure had normalized, and has stayed normal for 30 years with continued regular meditation. At a recent checkup, my blood pressure read 120/60. Not bad for a kid, let alone a 69 year old.
The fact is that stress causes or aggravates a lot of the chronic health problems that our medical system has little success treating. The book rolls out an impressive volume of scientific studies to support how simple methods from an ancient tradition has significant medical relevance in the 21st century. The meditation technique is so valid, in fact, that the National Institutes of Health continues to fund ongoing research, as the authors indicate.
The power of the techniques described in this book goes way beyond heart health, to happiness, relationships, productivity, and quality of life. If more people practiced these techniques, instead of popping pills, the collective health of this country would surely rise from its present sorry state, and health care costs wouldn’t take such a massive bite out of the American economy.

Take care of The Voice of Heart

“Artemis Fowl” by Eoin Colfer, ©2001

I could not help thinking, “What if he had to hurt or even kill someone or something? Could he do it?” He is presented as a merciless criminal, and he is performing as such, but the situation is not developed that he would have to make such a choice. But he is only twelve years old, so the question is could he?
I always enjoy these teenager stories. They are so interesting and the stories are generally pretty good. This is the story of a little boy genius following in his fathers footsteps. His father was a criminal mastermind. His mother is distraught by is disappearance a year or so before the story.
Artemis Fowl acquires, by a bit of deceit a book of the elves, gnomes, dwarves, etc. With this book he concocts to get hold of a bunch of gold. He underestimates the power of the elves. They underestimate his power. In the end everyone is happier, though the elves are a bit poorer. He gets his mother healed by the power of one of the elfs.
