See I Chimps Love Heart now
I’m in college so I don’t have the time to keep up with new and up-and-coming books, but I usually have a huge list come summertime. This was the first on that list and I’m so happy it was! It was the perfect way to start off my summer. The story is about an old man in a nursing home reflecting his thoughts and his story. After the death of his parents, he runs away from an ivy league and ends up on a circus train. His story is about his trials at the circus and his relationship with Marlena.
The imagery is bursting and the action is so suspenseful that I found myself reading as fast as I could and even skimming to find out what happened next. The characters are extremely likeable and you can relate to a lot of them. They’re quirky with tangible flaws and the progress of the story is perfect. So why 4 stars? The ending caught me quite off-guard. Everything was believable but because it was so realistic, the conclusion ended up being blunt and left me thinking “would something like this really happen?”. But it really is one of the best books I’ve read all year and believe all the other reviewers; it’s as good as they say it is.

Vol 2 To Heart for you
I have to admit, i didn’t want to read this book. I read the 1st chapter to appease my daughter, and 1 chapter is all it took. I got so wrapped up in Stephenie Meyer’s extremely detailed writing about the main (human) character, Bella, that i felt like i was actually in the story. I found myself wanting to read “just one more page” before putting the book down. I fell asleep reading the book every night until i finished it. I have read it 5 more times since then. I love the connection between Bella (human girl) and Edward (vampire guy). To put a twist on things, Bella becomes best friends with Jacob, who is a werewolf (more a shapeshifter than actual werewolf). Needless to say, Jacob wants to be with Bella, and the love triangle is formed. Both male characters have such adoring qualities, that it makes it difficult to decide who we want to see Bella with. That said, there is so much more to this series than just a love triangle. There is lots of action and fight scenes as well. I can’t praise this series enough.

Of Heart The Salvation OK?
Page one of chapter one expresses thoughts that have gone through my mind ever since I turned 30. The author writes with such honesty that is grabs you from the very beginning and all the way through to the end. She also writes with enough detail that you can certainly visualize each scene, but not over-the-top detail, like some other authors of historical fiction. I couldn’t put this book down once I started. Highly recommended read!

About Lies Heart of Full
I must admit that while reading this book, I couldn’t help observing that the skill of Ann’s prose is below par here. It’s repetitive, disjointed, and the sentence structure sometimes had me reading back over to catch her meaning.
That being said, I still enjoyed this book. The story of Liysa DeWitt as told by Ann Rule is horribly fascinating. My heart goes out to the parents, sisters, and other relatives of Chris Northon, and especially to little Bjorn Northon whose “mydad” was taken so cruelly – evilly – from him by his own mother.
Liysa undoubtedly should have received a life sentence, seeing as the death penalty wasn’t an option. The plea bargain, reducing her sentence to 150 months, made my hair stand on end. The evidence indicates that in the process of murdering her husband, Liysa drugged him, used a taser gun on him, tried to drown him, and then shot him through the temple. Good Lord! Chris likely would have died from the drug overdose alone! Can you say “Overkill”?? Twelve and a half years is a devastatingly low sentence for such a dangerous woman. She’ll be out of prison at the age of 55 and will no doubt inflict much influence over her sons at that time. I can only imagine the havoc she’ll wreak in their young lives, even if she thinks she’s acting out of “love.” (I personally believe she doesn’t know what healthy motherly love is. The mention of her breast feeding until her first son was five years old, and still in the process of doing so with the younger son, not quite four, at the time of the murder seems to me a little over the top. Apologies to the La Leche gals.) She’ll also likely go on to insinuate herself into the lives of unsuspecting people at that time, and if she killed once with no apparent conscience, who’s to say she won’t do it again? All I can say is, if you’re a guy who will be middleaged in approximately ten years from now, don’t get involved with any women named “Liysa”!
It’s Ms Rule’s opinion that Liysa suffers from personality di

this will be great once i get out and run some trails or start riding my bike again. it basically does not have a map even though it claims to have one. it has a pointer. the heart rate monitor works good, but the numbers are tiny for that piece of data if it is something you’re trying to pay attention to while running.
otherwise, is great. i even loaded a costa rica map i purchased for my nuvi onto it.
