I went to visit a friend who had just moved into a Senior Living Complex, I found her in their movie theater area. To my surprise she was bowling with a group of residents. They were using the Wii machine with the sports game disk. They were having a blast. I went home and got on the internet to research the game and decided to buy one from Amazon. I also ordered the Wii Fit Plus package including the balance board. They arrived a few days later, and my husband and I have been exercising every single day since. We have always talked about joining a gym to try and get in shape, but never did. This is so much better and we don’t have to leave home. I give it 5 big STARS!!!
