Adorama Body Cap for focus
I bought this because my budget dictated it. I thought I wanted the Polar RS800, but couldn’t afford it. However, after purchasing this watch with both the transition wristband and the speed/cadence sensor, I am very happy my budget DID dictate. The watch is larger than a normal watch, but is big enough to actually read clearly up to four data fields, times 3 because you can scroll through two main screens as well as an activity specific screen. You can input your own running/cycling zones and it will show you where you are (i.e zone 2.5 for mid-zone 2). I love being able to see distance/pace for running. And I like the Garmin connect on-line, which I am now using to track all my workouts. Cycling/running is instantaneous, but I can also input my swim workouts as well. I don’t think I would go with the Polar, looking back. I may upgrade to the 310, but only because of a longer battery life (supposedly). The manual says the battery life is 11 hours, but I have not confirmed it yet.

Garmin Forerunner 305 GPS Receiver With Heart Rate Monitor
This Garmin Forerunner 305 is the best!! I don’t leave home without it!! It keep track of everything! I don’t have to worry about how many calories I burn I know what I have burned with the 305. It is exactly correct on the miles I run. I love the way you can download your progress on your computer without having to be online. I do a lot of 5 and 10k runs so this is very much needed to help me keep track of my progress. It is a great product for advanced runners, I do recommend this product to any runner that wants to keep up with their progress. Awesome product.

Don’t judge this book by it’s title. The information given is not from The Bible but written to be “politically correct”.

Take Lotion Jessica Body Simpson now
Countless other reviews have stated the great features of the Kindle. Here is how the Kindle works in my life. I hope it may be helpful.
I take my kindle anywhere I might have to wait more than a few minutes. The car wash, jury duty, picking up the kids (if I am early), the post office, etc. It is so small and light weight, I don’t hesitate to bring it. I get the newspaper and various blogs (ESPN Baseball blog is among the best). I also have numerous books loaded there. When traveling, it is geat to have so many reading options available without having to lug the books around.
I can’t read a computer screen for very long without taking a break. My eyes just don’t seem to like it. But the Kindle, I can read things for a LONG time. I read East of Eden on the Kindle in less than a week, and I never felt fatigue in my eyes.
I do not miss having to buy more shelves to store all the books I have enjoyed too much to part with. I do miss not being able to loan books to freinds.
Lastly, if you are reading complex books where you might want to go back to something earlier, the kindle makes it hard to find. One can flag the current page, but sometimes–and maybe this is just me–I find that if I want to go back an check something, it is brutal to find on the kindle.
Those are the only inconveniences of the kindle as I have used them. All in all it is a great product, making reading easier than ever.

Excellent. Small enough to lift up and place under the seat (without disconnecting) when leaving the car. Reverse the process when returning.

Is The Catcher in the Rye as captivating as its title? J.D. Salinger’s impressive novel deals with Holden Caulfied, a sixteen year old boy, who is expelled from Pencey for his poor grades, and consequently decides to explore New York City before confronting his parents with the unfortunate news. In New York City Caulfield reveals his view of the world through the characters.
Caulfield considers people like Ackley, Stradlater, and Lillian Simmons as “phonies” and “morons”, in which he repeatedly criticizes their fakeness and unintelligence. He has an obvious dislike for adults and sees them as a corruption to society, and his encounters lead to separation. Caulfield’s description of adults limits the perception of the readers and emphasizes the havoc in adulthood.
This negative aspect of people is not true for every character introduced to readers. Caulfield exposes his peaceful side when he speaks of his sister Phoebe, his brother Allie, Jane Gallagher, and the singing boy. Caulfield’s memories of his family regard his childhood and their innocence. The thought of Jane, an old friend, brings a sense of joy in Caulfield’s eyes because he contemplates on their angelic friendship. The boy walking down the side walk sings “If a body catch a body coming through the rye”. Caulfield states that this relieves his depression, and confesses to Phoebe he wants to be the person guarding kids from carelessly running over a cliff on the rye.
This is an exceptional novel written by Salinger, and I especially recommend this to young and old readers because it concerns both age groups. This book discusses the big gap between the new and the old age, and Caulfield struggles to accept his time for maturity. There is a point in a person’s life in which one has to acknowledge their transition to adulthood.
