I’ve had it for a couple of months, and it’s a really cheap little product… and works just fine. No need to spend hundreds on any other HDMI cables. I bought this one for about $3 with free shipping (and that’s all I bought). It shipped to my home within a few days and I plugged it into my laptop. It works. I barely use it though, because I just haven’t had more of a time to experiment with it. For the most part, its great!

Twilight is about a girl named Bella. She just moved from San Francisco to Washington Forks. The next day she goes to her new school and gets her class schedule. When she goes to English class she meets a boy named Edward. When she gets to English the next day, Edward wasn’t there.

Edward wasn’t there for a whole week. When he comes back, he tells Bella that he was on vacation, but he wasn’t. When they went to lunch, Edward and Bella became friends. The next day he started acting different. After school, Edward followed Bella into the woods and told him what he was. He was a VAMPIRE! When they pulled up at school together, they were boyfriend and girlfriend.

When Edward took Bella to meet his family, they played baseball. Next thing you know, their enemies showed up and wanted to play. When James found out that Bella was human, he wanted to eat her.
James tricked Bella to come meet him. When Edward showed up, he saved Bella and took her to prom.
I like it because it is a mystery and I like mysteries.

I bought the entire set of books just before Christmas. Amazon gave a better price than local book stores, and delivered in plenty of time.

I procrastinated for a very long time on this purchase and as others have already pointed out, I now ask myself, why did I wait this long? Mind you, I’ve only used it for three runs totaling about 17 miles but thus far I think I can justify a very positive review. For me it was relatively easy to set up. I explored some options before my 1st use and set up a few screens to accommodate running. Cycling will be next. This may well become as indispensable a tool for my workouts and training as running shoes are to running or a bike to cycling. Being able to monitor pace, speed, distance, time, caloric burn, and heart rate adds a scientific basis for making adjustments to my training regimen. The Garmin Workout Center is a great way to track/review your workouts. I’ve yet to explore all the features available with the 305 and there are many such as programmed workouts for running and cycling. One recommendation though, be sure you charge the device well before using. It seems the battery does drain even when it is turned off.
Bottom line, if you are serious about running and or cycling, I don’t see how you can go wrong in purchasing the Forerunner 305. With pricing at approx. a buck and a half it is a bargain.

A book titled “Conversations with God” can be read from three basic perspectives: 1) the reader can accept this as the absolute word or holy bible of an objective God (i.e. God stands apart from us as an Almighty Creator who sits in judgment of His creation); 2) the reader reads it as a dialogue with a subjective God (God does not stand apart and sit in judgment of us); and 3) the reader treats it as an interesting work of creative fiction.

A careful reading of this book should preclude the first perspective. The philosophy contained in these pages maintains that God is subjective. In other words, we are part and parcel of God and therefore we can know God experientially. If God is an ocean, then we are each a drop from that ocean. Therefore a conversation with God is the same as a conversation with our own divine nature–our higher (or highest) inner self. I read the book from this perspective, which enabled me to respect the thoughts therein as being perhaps divinely inspired, while still taking it all with a grain of salt.

I found the book to be interesting, inspiring, and perhaps even enlightening. I have read quite a bit of spiritual philosophy, ranging from “new age” to traditional religions and many paths in between. While many of the traditional established religions contain a lot of negativity in the way of threats of horrific consequences for displeasing God, I found it refreshing that there is none of that here. Walsch’s God doesn’t care what you do, but created life with immutable laws such as karma (cause and effect). You are free to do as you please and God will not get angry at you or condemn you to hell. Walsch’s God maintains that we were all created to be Gods unto ourselves, and that whether we realize it or not, we are creating every aspect of our own reality both consciously and unconsciously every moment.

I haven’t read a book this well written in a long, long time. I ended up staying up one night until 3:30am just to finish it!

I saw numerous plot holes in this book, even though the premise is interesting and maybe even had some potential. For the most part, I didn’t find the characters all that believable which made me not care too much about what happened to them. Bella is negative, mopey and weak. For some inexplicable reason, everybody seems to like her and wants to be her friend but she has zero personality. In real life, people would probably just ignore her and/or dislike her. Nobody would ask her to social functions and certainly wouldn’t be begging to take her to the prom. She pathetic because she continuously pines for Edward and doesn’t seem to have much of a life without him. I honestly think she’s taken feminism back 50 years.

I would expect Edward, being a 100 year old vampire, to be much more worldly and mature. Certainly, somebody with that much living would not be attracted to someone as vacant as Bella. I honestly don’t see the attraction here. Edward is also controlling and moody, not the most attractive traits you’d find in a man. Plus I find it creepy and stalker-like that he sits in her room while she sleeps, without her even knowing!! I also don’t understand that if you’re a vampire who can do whatever you want, why would you keep on going to high school? Wouldn’t you…oh, I don’t know…do ANYTHING else?

This story could have been told in a hundred pages rather than over 400. Too wordy, too many inane details that didn’t really add to the story…overused adjectives, etc. Character development was minimal, and I didn’t much identify with the characters.

The reason I give this a 2 star rating is because it did draw me in enough to keep reading. I liked it for the sole reason that I could shut my brain off before going to bed and it was nice to not have to read too carefully for fear of missing anything. The case itself it great. However, after purchasing this item fraudulent charges began on my debit card. The bank is investigating……..for now I would never buy anything from this company because I beleive the charges came after I opened the amazon prime account. First I had a $1 charge……from researching the internet this is how the charges start……they charge $1 to see if it will go through then a few days later they hit you……after the $1 charge I had a $199.97 charge taken from my debit card. Beware is all I can say about this.
